Accreditation

WDS Limited has a number of key policies which describe our attitude to various aspects of our corporate life.

WDS is committed to providing a safe workplace for employees, looking after the environment, and giving the customer value for money.

To achieve that, WDS has implemented a number of systems, procedures and processes which will help us attain those goals. As evidence of that commitment, WDS has achieved triple accreditation to -

• AS/NZS 4801 AS/NZS 4801:2001, Occupational health and safety management systems-Specification with guidance for use
• AS/NZS ISO 14 001:2004, Environmental management systems-Requirements with guidance for use
• AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, Quality management systems-Requirements

The process of accreditation is a rigorous one, not granted lightly. It is a credit to the commitment of the staff and projects involved that WDS has achieved and maintained those certificates of accreditation. Indeed, because the Company has expanded the scope of our operations, the re-certification audit in April will involve visits to six sites and take a total of 15 days.

WDS Limited also holds accreditation under the "Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme".
