Richard Sandland—Managing Director
Our managing director, Richard Sandland has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry including major plant construction and pipelines. He has formal qualifications in Welding, Supervision and inspection, working in Europe, Asia and Australia. Paul Glenton—Workshop Manager
Paul has worked for over 30 years in the petrochemical industry, with 12 years experience as a supervisor in charge of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, and a further 7 years experience in heavy engineering fabrication. Jim Logan - Quality Manager
Jim is highly experienced in quality systems and site safety procedures and is currently developing the Diversified Engineering Quality Systems to bring us in line with ISO9000 standards.
John Cashmore - Training Manager
John has 30 years experience in all welding processes and has recently joined our team to Manage and develop our training facility.
