Position Overview

• Demonstrates experience ind elivering electrical projects.

• Technical drafting as needed for each project, ensuring the accuracy of revision control and tracking of documents within the systems.

• This position reports to Project Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Electrical Engineering team with the development of design and drawings.

• Liaising and advising clients, relevant authorities and suppliers as required.

• Preparing detailed design drawing packages for construction, installation and commissioning.

• Conducting site investigation to determine project requirements as required.

• Providing recommendations and contributing to design/system improvements.

• Opportunities to be involved in commissioning and project execution.

What you'll bring to the team (ideally):

• Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD.

• Preferred knowledge and experience in Solidworks.

• Knowledge of Electrical Design fundamentals and terminology.

• Knowledge of Australian Standards for Electrical Installations.

• Experience in the Australian mining and resources sector is preferred.

• Able to interpret project specifications.
