Divergent Engineering provided comprehensive commissioning, engineering, and project support to ensure seamless delivery from construction through to handover for major projects at the Binduli Gold Mine and the Perth Desalination Plant. Our scope included commissioning and testing activities, engineering support and management, and the development of key project documentation such as NOEs, CVCs, ITPs, and MDRs.
We also implemented a Completion Management Systems (CMS), managed contractor coordination and oversaw drawing management and verification to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency throughout each project lifecycle.
