We designed and commissioned a solar skid for a mining client located in Western Australia.
Our client contacted Divergent Engineering for a customised solution to provide power to sensor-activated LED lights within a conveyor tunnel. Designed for ease of relocation and lifting, the skid is suited to work involving solar energy and tunnelling.
The lights and sensor system were supplied and commissioned as part of the solar battery power system, which is optimised to conserve power. The energy is stored within the battery to power LED lights, turning on when movement is detected in the tunnel.
The next step involved our Engineering team designing and commissioning the solar inverter battery system according to the client's requirements and per Australian standards.
