Our team exercised exception planning to ensure that any foreseeable challenges were identified and overcome to guarantee that the Capacitor Bank Project was completed by the deadline. One of our primary responsibilities was to support our client with the procurement of a customised capacitor bank.
During the planning phase, we encountered a significant challenge: the need to transport the capacitor bank's individual cabinets and fit them into a location with a narrow access point. Our solution involved installing a new fire door, not only resolving the hurdle of passing through a small access point but also ensuring the long-term safety of the premises. Thinking outside the box enabled us to turn potential roadblocks into opportunities for success.

The transportation of the overweight capacitor bank demanded utmost attention to safety. As the weight of the capacitor bank risked damaging the concrete foundations our team deployed a gantry crane, implemented a lifting and shifting technique, and backup supports. Our unwavering commitment to adhering to safety procedures safeguarded both our team and the project's overall success.
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we took on the responsibility of disposing the original capacitor banks that had reached their end-of-life cycle.
